Absolutely not, we much prefer to test on humans instead. Specifically, family and friends.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, we are delighted to tell you that are products are vegan friendly too.

Our full ingredient list can be found on each product page. We've also included some helpful information to let you just a few of the amazing properties of each of our ingredients.

Can I buy Arabella products in 'real' stores?
At the moment, we are a little protective over our products so we prefer to make them available exclusively on our website. Having said that, we like to make friends so if you are interested in becoming a stockist, please contact us here and we can see if we suit one another.


How can I found out when a product is back in stock?
Simply join the Arabella family by clicking here and we'll keep you up to date with when your favourite products are back in stock. These emails will give you exclusive access to special offers, promotions, events and helpful skin and hair care advice. 


SHIPPING:

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally.


Delivery Rates And Fees:
So, if you are in the UK and your order is over £45,shipping is on us. If your order is less than £45, then there will be a flat fee of £5.99. We aim to whizz your products to you as soon as possible and this usually takes  a maximum of 4 days door to door. If you are one of our international customers, then the cost of your shipping will be based on the weight of your order and will automatically be calculated at the checkout. If your international order is over £110, we will pay for your shipping. Our international delivery times can vary but are usually between 7 and 16 days depending on your location.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes.

Do you ship to military locations?
Yes, we ship to military locations.

ORDERS:


I placed an order, what happens now?
After you have completed the checkout process, confirmation of your order and its shipping status will be sent to you by email. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where appropriate.

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
Sometimes these can take a little longer than we would like. Sorry about that  but rest assured that they can take up to 24 hours due to high demand. If more than 24 hours has passed, please get in touch by clicking here.

I’ve placed my order but I think i want to change it now..can I do that?
We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. The best way to change or cancel an order is to contact us clicking here. Remember to include your order number if you have it.

How do I return my order?
We are really sorry if you are unhappy with your products. We hope you love Arabella Cosmetics as much as we do but if for any reason you wish to return a product, please contact Customer Care by clicking here to obtain a return authorization and receive further instructions. We gladly accept returns of new, unused items in their original condition up to 21 days after receipt. No hassle, no fuss, no drama.
